Billing FAQ

How does billing work?
Nova Uptime uses one-time annual payments via Stripe — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. You pay once and your plan is active for 12 months. When it expires, you can renew manually.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Agency?
Yes. When you upgrade, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on your Pro plan, which is applied to the Agency price.
What happens when my plan expires?
You get a 7-day grace period after expiry to renew. During this time, everything keeps working. After 7 days without renewal, your account downgrades to the Free plan — your 5 most recently active domains are kept, and the rest are suspended.
Are add-on prices prorated?
Yes. Add-on prices are prorated to your license anniversary date. If you have 6 months left on your plan, you pay roughly half the full add-on price.
Do you offer refunds?
We process refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a full refund is issued, your plan is immediately revoked and downgraded to Free.
Is there a trial period?
There is no trial, but the Free plan gives you full access to core features with 5 domains. You can try everything before deciding to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported through Stripe Checkout.
